I received a call from a gentleman, who has asked not to use his name, but was touched by the service that Courtney gave him. This gentleman has never been to Somerset or Saks Fifth Avenue. His son is getting married and told him to go to Somerset and buy Echo shoes. He happen to walk into the Men's store and was approached by Courtney. He asked if we carried Echo shoes and we do not. Courtney then said I can direct you to the store in the mall that does. By the look an his face Courtney realized that he had no idea where to go. Courtney quickly said, "let me walk you out in the mall and show you", which she did. The gentlemen asked Courtney, "Won't you get in trouble for leaving the store? and her reply was "I will never get in trouble for helping a customer.
He wanted us to know how lucky we are to have her in our store. He said if he does come to Saks he will be sure to look her up.
